Before boarding, our tour guide will provide a brief introduction on the history and traditions of Venetian gondolas, sharing fascinating insights into the unique design and craftsmanship of these iconic boats. Then enjoy the gondola ride with a serenade on the Grand Canal. Musicians will accompany you all along the way singing the most famous Italian songs!

The musical accompaniment will make the gondola ride unforgettable with their romantic live melodies, which will echo through the picturesque Venetian canals.

While you are comfortably seated on the gondola, the gondolier will take you through the labyrinth of canals where you will see enchanting sights such as La Fenice Theatre, Mozart's House, Peggy Guggenheim's Palace, Punta della Dogana and the Accademia Bridge.

As a special gift, we will give you a traditional Venice Carnival mask, one of the best known in the world. You will have the opportunity to wear it during the gondola ride and what is more... you can take it home with you to remember the memorable experience you just had!

• The gondola ride is NOT private but is shared with other participants.
• The price is per person.
• The tour for children under the age of 2 is FREE, only if children do not occupy their own seat in the gondola
• This tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility
• Each gondola can accommodate a maximum of 5 people; the seat on board cannot be chosen, but will be assigned by the gondolier depending on the guests' weight.
• The tour includes musical accompaniment (singer + musician) for the duration of the whole tour. There will NOT be musicians on each gondola, they will be boarded on the one in the middle of the row to give everyone a chance to enjoy the live music.
• Comfortable shoes are recommended
• The itinerary may change in case of wind or bad weather.
• Pets are not allowed on board the gondola
• Digital and printed vouchers are accepted (to be shown to staff at the meeting point)

• Meeting point: Venice Tours Assistance Point in St. Mark's Square, Calle Larga dell'Ascension #1257.The Assistance Point is the big grey newsstand between Fendi Boutique and Poste Italiane (Post Office) with a sign "VENICE TOURS – ASSISTANCE POINT".  Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time.

• With Piazza San Marco and the arches of Correr Museum on your back and the Poste Italiane (Post Office) in front of you, find on your left side Venice Tours Assistance Point - the big grey newsstand (with many souvenirs and newspapers).
  The newsstand is located between Fendi Boutique and Poste Italiane (Post Office) and has the sign "VENICE TOURS – ASSISTANCE POINT".

• No penalty for cancellation within 24 hrs before the tour. On line customer service 7 days a week, 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
• The tour does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather, high/low tide (in these cases it can be postponed the days after otherwise it will be refunded).
