In a short introductory walking tour your tour guide will tell you the fascinating history of the gondola and the gondoliers! On board you will then learn all about the palaces, churches and attractions around you. You will also discover some of the tales known only to Venetians!
Embark on a traditional gondola to discover some of the city's main attractions. Navigating the minor canals you will admire the magnificent buildings of Mozart's House and La Fenice Theatre; then you will go through the world's most famous waterway, the Grand Canal, along which you will be enchanted by the beauty of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute and the Island of San Giorgio.
Lastly, you will catch a glimpse of St Mark's Square, with its imposing Doge's Palace that almost seems to dominate the entire basin with its majestic marble facades characterized by colonnades and exceptional decorations.
