Discover the dark side of Venice and take part in an evocative evening walk!

An evening tour to unveil unusual itineraries accompanied by tales of the rich tradition of legends and anecdotes of a secret Venice. You will experience the tour at the magical moment when the unique Venetian twilight turns into darkness.

A qualified and experienced tour guide will accompany you through the millenary life of the Serenissima Republic, evoking the fascinating past of this unique city.

The tour itinerary is variable to avoid the crowds of tourists and to fully appreciate the mysterious and tranquil atmosphere of the Rialto, Cannaregio and Castello area.

You will also have the unique opportunity to add a gondola ride option and discover the canals of Venice in the dark evening atmosphere. During the gondola ride, you will admire some of Venice's attractions, such as Mozart's House, the water entrance to the Fenice Opera House, the beautiful buildings along the Grand Canal and much more.

Things to know before leaving
  • The tour is NOT private but is shared with other participants.
  • The price is per person.
  • The walking tour is free for children under 3 years old 
  • If the gondola ride option is selected, the price per child under the age of 2 is FREE only if the child does not occupy its own seat in the gondola
  • This tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility
  • Languages availability (the visit could be bilingual):

            Spanish: Tuesday and Friday

            French: Saturday 

  • Comfortable shoes are recommended
  • Digital and printed vouchers are accepted (to be shown to the staff)
Meeting Point
  • Meeting point: Calle Larga dell'Ascension 1257, the meeting point is a brown wooden newsstand with a yellow sign saying "MEETING POINT", in front of the Post Office (Poste Italiane). Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the starting time.

            HOW TO REACH THE MEETING POINT

  • With St. Mark's Square and the arches of the Correr Museum behind you and the Italian Post Office in front of you, find on your back the brown wooden newsstand with the yellow sign that says "MEETING POINT".
Cancellation policies
  • No penalty for cancellation within 24 hrs before the tour. On line customer service 7 days a week, 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
  • The tour does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather or exceptionally high/low tide (in these cases it will be rescheduled for the following day or refunded)
