• The tour will not operate in the event of bad weather, exceptionally high tides, or unplanned religious events. The tour will be rearranged or you will be given a refund

• Each gondola can hold a maximum of 5 people. Seats will be assigned by the gondolier. The itinerary of the gondola ride is subject to change in the event of bad weather
• Unfortunately the tour is not totally accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities.
  Wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities can enter the Basilica and Museum at the first floor with the elevator
• For the visit of the Basilica proper clothing is required (no shorts or tank tops)
• For security reasons sacks, bags or knapsacks are not allowed inside the Basilica

• Doge's Palace and Basilica tour: at the brown wooden newsstand with the yellow sign where is written "MEETING POINT", Calle Larga de l'Ascension, in front of the Post Office. Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time.
• Glassblowing tour: Campo San Gallo, San Marco 1093/B, Venice Tours office, close to San Marco Square. Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time.
• Gondola Ride: Venice Tours Assistance Point in St. Mark's Square, Calle Larga dell' Ascension #1257. The Assistance Point is the big grey newsstand between Fendi Boutique and Poste Italiane (the Post Office) with a sign "VENICE TOURS – ASSISTANCE POINT". The staff will wait for you right there with the signboard “Gondola Tour”. Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time.

• Bookings can be cancelled with no charge up to 24 hours before the service.
• The tour does not operate in case of exceptional high tide (in this case it can be postponed to the day after otherwise it will be refunded).
