Things to know before leaving

- The ticket is not refundable
- This tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility
- For security reasons sacks, bags or knapsacks are not allowed inside the Doges’ Palace (Free deposit available inside).
- Doge's Palace opening time: from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (last admission: 5:00 PM)
- The ticket includes single admission to the Doge’s Palace and entrance to other museums
- Royal Palace (Correr Museum) ticket is included and can be used on the same day of the Doge's Palace tour or on the following day.
- The Marciana Library is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Comfortable shoes are recommended
- After the reservation, you will receive on your voucher the link of the audioguide to activate the tour
- You have to download the app on your mobile phone BEFORE to start the tour.
- You can use the App on different days and at different times
- The tour includes 7 different routes: you can enjoy them on the same day or on different days
- The app is supported by the followed system:

Cancellation policies
- Ticket is non-refundable. On line customer service 7 days a week, 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
- The tour does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather or exceptionally high tide (in these cases it will be rescheduled for the following day or refunded)
